City Sites

Starting in the heart of New Plymouth the luxury coach will take you up to Pukekura Park for a brief look at the one of natures finest treasures. This includes a drive past the famous Bowl of Brooklands and round to the TSB stadium. The tour then makes its way through the city and out to Port Taranaki.
You will head up to the look out point to see uninterrupted 360º elevated views of the New Plymouth area. Observe the Mighty Mt Taranaki on one side and city area melting its way down to the beautiful Sugar loaf islands, Marine sanctuary & Paritutu rock on the coast line. Have your camera ready, as this is a fantastic sight.
The tour returns to the city centre hot spot of Puke Ariki landing. Have your picture taken next to the one and only Wind wand. This ends the tour as you then free to soak up the atmosphere and watch the waves roll in at your feet.

Taranaki Full Day Tour
Departing 8:00AM and returning approximately 4:30 PM
Highlights Include:
New Plymouth city sites , Surf Highway 45, Crafty Fox, Pukeiti , Shell Todd Oil Services Oil & Gas, Dairylands in Hawera, North Egmont Visitors centre and much much more.
Once the New Plymouth City sites have been discovered then you will head along surf highway 45 around the Taranaki's West Coast. Stopping at the delightful Crafty Fox for a wonderful display of local arts and crafts.
Travelling up to the Pukeiti Rhododendron Trust to briefly view some of the magnificent acres of shrubs, flowers and peaceful wildlife that it has to offer. From here you will go down to Shell Todd oil and gas production plant and also view the miniature scale-model plant.
Dairylands in Hawera is a spectacular display of the worlds largest dairy manufacturing plant and a chance to go on a milk tanker ride and have a bite to eat (1). From here you will be taken up to the North Egmont visitor centre for an amazing display of history and views of Mt Taranaki. The tour concludes soon after back in the centre of New Plymouth City.
